Heatwave! London has been hit by a heatwave and I need something to cool and refreshing to snack on, so I made these Frozen Fruity Juice Pops. I love these and have a habit a having some in my freezer all the time – for ‘overheating emergencies’. These are super easy to make and you don’t even need any lolly or popsicle molds, just regular small-sized plastic cups and craft sticks.

No added sugars, just plain fruit and fruit juice to make these popsicles sweet. You can basically use any fruit juice and fruit or berries, but for this specific recipe I have chosen my favorite combination. And believe me I have tried several, but sometimes the simplest is just the best!

Juicy Fruit Cups marthafied

Put a craft stick in the middle of each cup. The sticks should stay upright as there is so much fruit. If they don’t, do not despair. After the juice has frozen a little bit and is slosh, you can correct the position of the stick.

Transfer the Frozen Fruity Juice Pops upright into the freezer. Leave to completely freeze. After the pops have completely frozen before serving remove the plastic cups by placing the cup under hot running water, so that the bottom and sides of the cup get wet. Slide the juice pop out of the plastic cup. Take care that the water does not splash on the Frozen Fruity Juice Pop. Serve immediately.
